Care Instructions

A quick hoover every week is grand for getting rid of the daily dust and dirt. For a more thorough clean, every 6-12 months should do the trick, depending on the rug's location and foot traffic.

Steady on! Not all rugs are machine-friendly. Always check the care label or the product details on our website before giving it a whirl.

Quickly dab (don't rub!) the stain using a clean, damp cloth. For those persistent marks, it's wise to use a specialised rug cleaner – but always carry out a patch test first.

Safety first! We'd recommend using an anti-slip rug pad or underlay. It'll keep your rug firmly in place, even on the slipperiest of floors.

No worries! Just lay it flat, and the creases should come out over time. For stubborn folds, gently steam the back of the rug – never the front.

For the best results, vacuum in the direction of the rug's fibres, not against. If it's got tassels or fringes, be gentle – or skip them altogether to prevent any snags.

While our rugs are top quality, like most things, they can fade if they're basking in direct sunlight day in, day out. If possible, rotate your rug or use curtains to shield it from those strong rays.

Most of our rugs are good to go over underfloor heating, but always check the product details to be sure. They’ll keep your toes toasty without blocking the warmth.

Outdoor rugs are a hardy bunch! Still, give them a shake now and then and clean with mild soapy water. During wet months, let them dry properly to prevent mould.

Rotate your rug every few months to even out wear and tear, keep it out of constant direct sunlight, and address spills or stains immediately. With a bit of love, your rug will be with you for many years to come!
